Oh man it’s been so long since I read the Lioness series, so it’s real blurry to me now. It’s the only one I don’t own/haven’t reread. I need to fix this
you definitely should fix this. there’s so much more sex in it than i remember from when i first read them. alanna is banging the prince one night and the king of thieves the next and I LOVE IT.
i’m reading through all of the tortall books in chronological order, currently reading the Song of the Lioness, BUT if you have requests for scenes or characters you want to see drawn out feel free to send them to me! If they’re from a book I haven’t gotten to yet I can draw them when I get to them. I still have ideas for Provost Dog drawings, including Goodwin, Tunstall and of course Farmer, and I want to draw more Alanna, and then George and Jonathan… There’s a lot I want to draw, but only so much time and limited drawing abilities.
Ah, fanart. Also known as the art that girls make.
Sad, immature girls no one takes seriously. Girls who are taught that it’s shameful to be excited or passionate about anything, that it’s pathetic to gush about what attracts them, that it’s wrong to be a geek, that they should feel embarrassed about having a crush, that they’re not allowed to gaze or stare or wish or desire. Girls who need to grow out of it.
That’s the art you mean, right?
Because in my experience, when grown men make it, nobody calls it fanart. They just call it art. And everyone takes it very seriously.
Thank you so much! I’m having a lot of fun drawing Beka and her friends and I’m glad others are enjoying the drawings, too.
hello to a handful of new followers! if you’re here for the tamora pierce fanart fear not for there will be more.
